Description
Door lock barrel blanking plate finished in a choice of vehicle colour. These parts will fit all variants of the Mk2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 Focus and Mk7/7.5 Fiesta.
On most vehicles these plates simply stick over the lock barrel, but please note on the Mk4/4.5 Focus these parts are fitted onto the lock barrel by pulling out the handle - see video in image list.

Although these are for door barrels, I was looking for something to cover the screw holes left in my boot lid after fitting the shorter plates. These worked perfectly! Quick delivery. Well packaged. Good quality. Colour match is good. Bear in mind it may appear a slightly different colour to the car once fitted due to how Molten Orange looks different in different light and from different angles. I dropped a star from 5 because I feel the sticky backing can be improved. I prepped and applied properly but it has fallen off so I will use my own sticky backing which is no big deal to me. Would still buy again.

Store owner replied: We are sorry to hear there has been a potential issue with the product. We did not receive any communication from you to give us chance to try and resolve the issue before you posted the review and we have not had a reply to our follow up email either. The adhesive on these parts is thoroughly tested and they do stick as long as our surface preparation guide is strictly followed. It is difficult for us to comment further on the colour match as we have not received a photo of the part offered up to the car, but in the event there was an issue we would have been able to send a free replacement once we had obtained evidence of the problem.
